I’m still in my first week of being back. I thought it would be really tough but I’m finding it’s not that bad. I need to remember to take it day by day and I know it will be a slow and steady process. My goal for this week is to not give up. Keep up the good work everyone!

I had to switch from Levoxl to Synthroid for the same reason as you. The first couple of weeks I had headaches in the late morning. Those have since subsided and now I feel no side effects. I think my body was just getting used to the new medication. I feel fine now. Good luck with your switch.

April 12 Me: 5 Binge: 7 I'm on a roll. 3 binge free days. I'm actually amazed because I've been working on a tight deadline for work and I ALWAYS binge when I'm stressed. This is new for me.

I can relate to each and every one of you. Thanks OP for starting this discussion and for all the responses. It's comforting to know that I'm not alone in this struggle against binging.

March 17 Me: 13 Binge: 4 Today = Fail I didn't binge on anything in particular, but today was definitely a cheat day. I went to a kid's birthday party and enjoyed pizza and cake. StrongerThanY, Yes, I can totally relate to how you're feeling. Just know that it won't last forever. I know it's hard to snap out of it. After my binges, it could take days for me to get back to normal. It blows. Treat tomorrow as a fresh start. You can do it!!! ((Hugs))
