Those of you who own a Polar HRM ...
I know the manual says to machine wash the chest strap every 5th use, but is it ok to hand wash it instead? I got my HRM last week and have used it everyday. It's time for a cleaning but I don't have a load of laundry ready to wash. How do you wash your Polar HRM? Thanks in advance!

Benefits of walking vs. jogging?
I am in awe of all the people on MFP who are avid joggers and marathon runners. You are all very inspiring. I am not a runner, never have been. Costco Must Haves?
I'm planning my next trip. What are your Costco must haves? I always buy the grilled chicken strips. They're so easy to put in a sandwich or add to any meal. 110 calories for 3 oz. I also like the whole wheat tortillas, 100 calories each.
