Finally another lb off!

I think I broke my plateau! I've been teetering at 133-134 for months (goal 125lb in order to achieve better half marathon time). I weight 131.5 last Friday, and 130.5 this morning. :glasses:0

So how is everyone doing??
I can not believe it but i lost 3lbs this week by doing one thing different. I ATE MORE. I had upped my exercise but forgot to eat more. Im over the frickin moon. Bloodtest on thursday. im guessing my TSH is still below 2 by how im feeling :-)

Had a great Jan, slowing down a bit for Feb. BUT I've had a chest cold for 2 weeks and haven't been to the gym.
Did lose 4 lbs so far this month! Guess I'm doing better than I thought!!! lol

hey guys. thought i would check in. as of this morning ive lost 10lbs since the start of this challenge which means im halfway to my goal!!!!
