I just have about 6 or so small meals a day. Not snacks but meals. Works nicely for me as I'm a grazer by nature.

There is also a really good book called 'overcoming overeating' if you really feel binging is a problem for you. You can read extracts on amazon and you'll get a general idea of the message though, and won't need to buy it ;)

I used to - I think the main thing is not to beat yourself up if you do eat too much. People who binge often do it when they are upset, and if you feel guilty because you feel you eat too much you will get upset and eat more. Post more on here. Talking to people will be a distraction from food, if nothing else.

When I was little I used to get horribly anxious and it would make me feel sick. If my mum gave me strawberries I would stop feeling sick for a while. On the same basis perhaps you could try replacing more refined sugar with fruit sugars?

don't worry - people will notice in time. What i've noticed in the past is you get to a certain point and then suddenly everybody seems to notice. How about trying some resistance training instead of or on top of your cardio? I heard that it's meant to speed the metabolism. Body pump is good fun if you're a member of a gym that offers it.
