Really appreciate seeing everyone's posts. Lost 60 lbs 3+ years ago, and slowly have gained all but 5 lbs back. I have a lot of great habits with physical activity in place, but my nutrition has been on and off for sure. It's been a rough road but back to it... anyone is welcome to add me!

Didn't push it too hard, but walked 2 miles, did 50 jumping jacks, and 50 crunches. 1 set of 21's, 1 set of swimmer's presses, and 40 zigzag hops. still congested and have a low-grade fever... but…

Just checking in weight-wise this week. Up one pound - it's that time of the month, so I'm confident this will be gone (plus more) by this time next week! :)
