lori i bet you could get to onederland MID january lol :) january seriously needs its own mini holiday in there somewhere (i mean besides new years...) *clap* for the 3 months... im with ya. i was so stop and go with losing weight ever since i graduated, its nice to be on a continuous downward slope right now :)

!!! me toooooo! i love running. too bad we dont live close or youd probably have to be running buddies with me :P i need to sign up for a 5k!! i ran it on the treadmill but thats just not the same. it needs to be *official* haha

AMEN. my thing is i want to buy new jeans, i only have one size 14 pair that i fit into right now. theyre getting loose but i dont want to buy a new pair until i can go to the next size. i think when that happens im gonna buy like 5 pairs lol :tongue:

wowwww i need that. im SO curious how many calories im actually burning all day long.

of course you weigh more at night. youre putting STUFF inside you all day. its like weighing an empty box in th morning, and then putting apples, bowls of oatmeal, chicken, rice, etc etc etfc inside it, dump bottles of water inside it, and then weighing it at the end of the day. you always weigh 2-3 lbs less in the morning.

um i know for me it TOTALLY isnt jealousy. why would i be jealous that someone has some foreign object in their bodies? it looks weird and isnt YOU. i just dont understand plastic surgery, PERIOD. if you dont like how you look, too bad, thats YOU. changing it will just make you fake. sorry.

oh DEFINITELY!!! you weigh less in the morning naturally. at least 2 lbs less, id say. think about it, you have everything you ate and drank in your body at night, and by morning its more or less burned off because your body has had 8-10 hours to digest and metabolize.

id unfriend him and never speak to him again. i hate ignorance and dont need that kind of anger in my life, and i know it would drive me crazy if he continues to post things like that.

a checkbook is different, i wouldnt just write myself a check that would be sooo wrong. but if i found actual cash, if i didnt see the person drop it, id keep it.

my thing is that i dont believe in eating only 3 meals. its not good to eat more than 350-400 calories at once, and not eating for so many hours slows your metabolism. idk

the challenge is supposed to just be to challenge someone to burn more calories or workout longer than you :)

1200 IS the bare minimum before starvation mode :) and working out boosts your metabolism for the day, and causes you to burn even more calories than you wouldve if you just sat around all day and only ate 1200. so it works out! i find that sometimes i eat half the calories i burned, or all of them, sometimes not at all.…
