this is definitely going to be a bit confusing to me because i dont HAVE a set time i exercise- i usually do whatever i want to do and push myself however far i want to go... can we just say that the minimum has to be at least 20 minutes, so that if you do 20, you have to do 20 more to get the point?

you definitely burn more than 1200 just breathing. 1200 is how much youd eat to LOSE weight just with diet alone. in the "goals" section it says how much you burn a day, its probably something between 1600-2250 (im 5'6, 197 lbs, and i burn 2,080) anyway, that gives me a deficit of 800 calories a day if i DONT do exercise.…

honestly, we moved in together because every minute away from him is a minute wasted, to me <3 no regrets at all! i couldnt imagine having to wait 3-4 years to be with him.

ditto everything everyone said waste of money might as well do it the healthy way ALSO: i heard if you take pills like that to lose weight, it messes with your metabolism so later in life, when you want to lose weight the healthy way, its nearly impossible. DONT DO IT

OMG speaking of, when i was still single my mom would actually ask me if there were any cute guys at the gym. its a GYM! i go there to sweat and get gross, not pick up dudes haha

i DIDNT say that at all. i said i find it sad that , if they didnt have a job, their life would be purposeless. it cant all revolve around your job!.. how about a family , hobbies? im saying if its ALL you have, that is sad. i dont think anyone would argue with me.

hahhaha that is SO me! i totally have a "Dont care" attitude while im working out.. i sweat like crazy, i make ridiculous faces, i mouth words to rap songs on the elliptical, I DONT CAREEEE lol

i just dont want to work! haha i want to spend time working out, sewing, being in nature, raising kids and a dog, cleaning the house, being FREE! i think the most annoying thing about it is no one UNDERSTANDS that its not that im un-ambitious, its that i have a different set of priorities....

oohhh good point! im usually okay on carbs, but im watching my sodium intake LIKE A HAWK today. i dont want to give my body ANY more reason to hang onto water when i get on the scale tomorrow. im already nervous because its supposed to be TOM week. :(

i also find it HILARIOUS that people on here, a site to lose weight, are trying to act like they do everything right. when CLEARLY they havent been able to do everything completely healthy, or they wouldnt be here in the first place. cmonnnnn youre not fooling anyone, *****es.

nay. my former best friend had the surgery and she lost about 15-20 lbs, and then stalled. it was over a year and a half ago, and shes the same weight. if you get the surgery, you need to workout and watch waht you eat just as much its really a waste of money... and in my opinion, its unnatural and .. strange
