I love cello solo music, but you couldn't tell it by looking at me. All my friends know I'm a great country music (80s) fan, and that's normally what I enjoy. But in those quiet moment when I'm relaxed and meditative, it's strictly cello solo for me.

I've taken a real liking to Kix dry cereal - and it's WAAAAAAAAY cheaper than 100 calorie packs of anything, or the protein bars/shakes, or whatever. And they are super crunchy! Whole wheat too!

Since you're having concerns about the drink, stop using it. Try working out for two weeks without it and see what happens. Sounds like a good control environment to me at least.
