Well I definitely do not feel beautiful yet. Maybe as mentioned, I will never be happy. I have a lot of stretch marks, which don't bother me, it's the loose skin. Freak! Yes, I will start with body-weight exercises and definitely work on my body fat percentage. I know that's higher than it should be.

I use a package with my plain Greek yogurt and berries everyday. I wouldn't be without it for that but I've never used it for anything else. At least not yet.

Thanks ladies. I know the extra calories do not add up to four pounds. I'm also not sleeping the greatest so maybe that's contributing to the problem. It just doesn't make sense. So for those of you who have increased your calories, a gain is normal? What do you mean, glyco reserves? Sugar? Fat?

I sized mine after I reached my goal. Then I had to do it again, after staying about the same weight for a while. I think you should just do it. It could be a while before your body has fully adjusted even after reaching your goal weight. You definitely don't want to lose it.

Believe it or not, my shoulders are more defined. The closer I get, the fat is disappearing from little places like that. Plus I've noticed when I scratch itches, I need to be more careful... my ankles aren't covered in fat anymore.
