  • Well there in lies the problem. I do have a bigger problem with food. Actually, I’m not sure it has much to do with food as it has to do with why I binge. I’m working on it though. After reading this thread I can see that more clearly. The weight will return again. I need a plan and I need to deal with some things.

  • I eat quite a bit of fruit a day...about 4-5 servings. I still manage to net under 100g of carbs. So I'm thinking it's okay as it's still within the macros I have set for myself. I say, enjoy!
