I love spicy food, peppers are so healthy for you. I love putting jalapenos and serrano peppers in everything. I'm growing my own plants this year and I am very excited. I love making Indian and Mexican food because i love the way the spices can mix with all the sauces. Depending on the sauce, I can do medium or hot.

It makes me hydrated so I can perform better. I don't get headaches or dizzy during my classes I teach.

I usually eat an apple, avocado, eggs, and drink a bottle of water before I work out. I can't work out on an empty stomach plus water gives me fuel.

I teach Zumba 3 days a week and take classes twice a week. Like i said before, i Do not over eat. I eat till i am full and comfortable.

I log what I eat everyday and only eat when im hungry. I don't like eating to the point of where I am over full. My diary is open and i just barely bought a HRM to help me monitor the classes I teach and go too.

From when you got married till now, did you gain or loose any weight? I understand that having kids may cause you to gain a bit of weight but I wouldn't think enough to make him snap at you like that.

Agreed, if he doesn't appreciate you encourage him to work out with you and eat well with you. I would also suggest counseling and if that doesn't work maybe consider other options.

I like to drink water before i eat. If i drink 12 oz of water and after that I am not full then I'm obviously hungry. It's good to drink water before because you won't consume as much plus it helps with digestion while you eat plus hydrates you.

I tried the peach and mango but it did not like my taste buds. I am kinda upset cuz I love peaches and mangoes. lol The taste of coconut water is very strong. You either like it or hate it depending on the flavor.

I wear high-waisted and shorter shorts with crop tops in the summer. I feel good but I always bring a jacket incase I run into a setting where it may be inappropriate. If my bf had his way, I'd be in a burka as well. lol

zumba! It literally makes me forget everything. I also hang out with friends and go on walks with them. Sleeping also works for me as well. Talking about the way you feel is a great way to handle stress. Even better, you can drink water while you talk. Water hydrates you and makes you full without adding calories.

Good question cuz I feel the same way. I teach Zumba 3 days a week, go to my own classes 2 days and have one free day. On Fridays I am going to try and go to yoga at 6 am just to change up my routine and help out my digestive system.

Agreed, water is so good for you as a weight-loss tool. It removes toxins, makes you full, hydrates your body, helps flush everything out. You should have at least 8-12 cups a day.
