I encourage you to join the "Zumba Lovers" group here on MFP. Under the community tab, right by "Message Boards" there is a "Groups" tab. Click on that then search "Zumba Lovers" we always talk about zumba music and dvds. I'm the moderator for that group and if you have any questions please let me know.

I'm 4'10" and 95 pounds and I can't eat that much. I will get too full and I will end up feeling like I over ate and will have no room in my body to drink water and hydrate properly. Everyone's body is different so it may work for others.

Yeah she specifically asked for advice, her excuse was that she had a kid and it was hard to eat well and exercise. I suggested that she made healthy meals for the whole family to eat. Just go down as far as you can. Make sure your knees don't go over your toes and make sure your back is aligned. I have my group fitness certification through AFAA and that is one thing that I stress about with my zumba and aqua zumba students. alignment matters when it comes to properly doing squats.

I have a 24" chest waist so hopefully it will adjust that far. They do have a woman's one that is pink but the strap also comes in a medium. I looked at one review and she said she was petite and it worked but who knows. They sell size small straps on amazon for $20 but I really don't wanna buy one if I don't need it.

I'm just worried the strap won't fit. It says it's a M-XXL but I have a small waist and im afraid it'll be too big.

I actually found one, its the Polar FT4. It has a chest strap and watch so it calculates both. The one I bought is for cross training and fitness. I mainly do Zumba so I needed a simple one. They also have ones that have GPS. http://www.polar.com/us-en/products/get_active/fitness_crosstraining/FT4

50 pounds? Find something that is realistic for you. I'm 4'10" and 88 pounds. That is still skinny for me. I'm trying to expand my stomach, to gain weight that's comfortable for me and to do it in a healthy way. That's realistic. We all care about u here so go see a doctor.

I feel the same way. You are not alone. My profile pic is a year old. Last year I was a vegetarian. I need to redo my pic. I do Zumba 5 times a week and yoga 3 times a week. But ya, I feel the same way you do about my image.

At least one sweet a day so i don't gorge, drink plenty of water, get plenty of fruit and eat three meals a day at least.
