Ditch the workout and join the party! (Zumba motto) "Working out should be fun just like a party."

I agree with the quote you made about never being cured. I went though high school with anorexia, four years later I am still trying to figure myself out. I still under eat but I found diet and exercise as my way to keep the weight off instead of not eating.

My zumba instructor has her own fitness fashion line and her bras are AMAZING!! I have large breasts too and her bras support your breast all the way to the back straps. If you look on my pictures on MFP you can see me wearing one, its like a dark blue color. I love it cuz it gives me so much support. She has hoodies,…

I don't eat red meat or pork and i eat chicken and turkey in moderation. I'm kinda lacking in protein but I've been eating hummus and other types of beans lately. I have been stressed, I admit. I just started yoga so hopefully that will help my stress level. I used too always highlight my hair in highschool but I haven't…

The first few weeks are hard but after awhile you get used to it. i started having a Yoplait Light every morning, they have many flavors like key lime pie, strawberry shortcake and red velvet cake. Its great because i have have something sweet and its only 100 calories.

Hummus and lettuce wraps!

I drink during the summer too. Its hard not to have a tasty margarita on a summer day.

I think i have a bloat body. lol I have a small bumb in my stomach that won't go away. Im not pregnant I promise but I feel that it never goes away, when I eat it gets bigger. I'm seriously trying everything I can to get rid of it. I'm doing Zumba 5 times a week, crunches for a 2 pack and starting yoga.

Omg I am happy that I am not the only one. I think that I eat more in the winter because it's so gloomy. In the summer, I feel that people are more active and want to work out and eat little. When I do eat, I tend to eat more fruit and salads because it has more of a summer feel to it. Plus I am not as hungry because of…

I weigh myself every morning after I run to the bathroom but I record it on here once a week. :)

I'm 22 and just graduate college. I know how all you feel about exams. What work for me was taking time to exercise for at least one hour and to eat healthy.ni ate nuts and fish during finals. It filled me up and was great to get the blood flow moving through my brain. Feel free to add me on here. I can answer ur questions…

Try Zumba at least three times, there is an instructor for everyone!! Every instructor has a different style so just find who matches your style.

Hey we can be friends. I'm 4'10" and I'm 88 pounds. My goal is to be 85 pounds but it's so hard. I'm a licensed Zumba instructor and I work out more than I eat. Lol. I do 4 classes a week plus I teach one. I am also starting yoga this week. I look forward to try something new but I am also trying to find my balance. Feel…

Hey my names Mattie and I'm a licensed Zumba instructor. On average you can burn 700-1000 calories per session. It all depends on your body type and metabolism. I would start with one class a week and work your way up. I take 5 classes a week and one of those classes I teach. Just remember that for weight loss 80% is…

I would suggest going to a class. Your burn more calories, it's more fun and the floor is much better. If you want to stick to ur house. Go to Zumba.com and purchase the zumbac carpet gliders. They go around your shoe and make it easier for you to dance. I wear them and I'm a licensed instructor. It's greet because I can…

I'm scared to try it. Lol I just want to see the results.

Make sure you are disciplined and have strict goals. We all have our cravings but you can substitute for that with healthiest things. For example, yoplait light has flavors like red velvet cake, strawberry shortcake and key lime pie. They taste amazing and they're only 100 calories. Just make sure you exercise and change…

I'm starting yoga on Wednesday. Yay!! If it goes well I will also go Friday mornings, I'm a Zumba fitness instructor so this is totally different to dance, I used to be a dancer for 13 years and have lost a bit of my flexibility. I hope yoga will give me my flexibility back. Does it also help with your abdominals? I want…

I'm a licensed fitness instructor. For one hour you Havana loose 700-1000 calories. It all depends on your body type and metabolism.
-
I'm in the same rut as you. I'm actually trying yoga this week, if my dad can do yoga than so can I!! Try changing your routine. Zumba is high impact cardio, depending on your body type you can loose 700-1000 calories.
-
I think thats okay if it matches your body type. I'm 4'10" and I weigh 88 pounds. That is considered underweight for me but I exercise a lot and I have a strict diet. Just do what fits your type and do it responsibly.
-
honestly... EVERYTHING!! Its funny how they all say they're on a diet and don't want junk food but go out for lunch. lol
-
I bring in an apple and yogurt with water every morning. I try and stay away from everything. While my co-workers go out for lunch I stay inside with my homemade sandwich. lol
-
We got candy and soda all over our office. They just barely got stocked up on everything too. I find it easy to stay away from soda and stick to water. Those chocolate candies always get me. lol I just try and stick to their hard candy selection.

we can be friends. I battled anorexia all through high school and part of college. I'm still trying to balance myself out with diet and fitness.
