im just scared of peoples judgements and the fact that i might go overboard on eating meat. i wanna be comfortable in eating it in moderation when im craving it but i don't wanna make it a habit. i wanna be able to choose vegetables over white meat or have them both in the same meal if i want.

I know that some days I can't have the dinner or the breakfast I want cuz I am so busy. I snack and I have lunch but I want more food without going over calories and sodium. I struggle too but I always choose moderation. I find self discipline by guessing about what I will look like tomorrow morning or my mood.

Shakes and bars are good. I tried it and it didn't really work for me. I found the shakes to be a good hunger satisfaction. I was full after one shake that would be my breakfast.

I drink water, it makes you pretty full so you don't have to eat. plus its good for u and flushes everything out.

Just use your own judgement. There is no book detailing portion sizes. If it helps, buy smaller plateware. Another thing I do is portion out how much you eat. I like to cut my sandwiches into 4ths, i realize that I don't eat the whole sandwich if I do that.

From walking around campus I'm finally down to 82 lbs. :)

I cut soda out of my diet completely. If I want a soda I drink water or juice. If I'm at work or somewhere and soda is my only option I'll drink it. When I'm in that situation I prefer Sprite or Sprite Zero that way its low on caffeine and carbs.
