im 5'8 and weigh 177 lb. im aiming for about 155 pounds. if i lost any more i would look sick. i am naturally kinda muscular and have a medium sized frame. its really different for everybody, two people could weigh the same and look really different. good luck=)

i know exactly how you feel! the hardest part is starting. once you are going for a week it gets easier, but what i would suggest start getting tapes for home. even px90 if you have the money. i have friends who lost weight and toned up using it! if not then start boxing..even without a bag. the point is to keep moving.…

it just happened to me..i was sick for a week and couldnt workout and ate horribly, and it feels like you have to start all over..like all that progress was a waste. blahh. but once you get back on track you feel better than you ever have.
