Day 9 done! I really try and talk myself out of doing it in the morning but havent given in. being part of a group is keeping me motivated :happy:

i missed day 6 because im in class all day on Saturdays so ill have to add a few days to the end

Day 2 Done! my arms are so sore but no pain no gain right :smile: did any one find a way to put this in their tracker i did it under circuit training.

so glad i found this. i used MFP last year and lost 20lbs with regular exercise with the help of a walking buddy. i was kind of ditched and lost motivation. i have the dvd set and started it the same time last year. im very excited to get started and knowing that there is a group going through it with me makes more…
