I don't know if someone has already suggested this, but you might want to see a hormone specialist. Hormone disorders/imbalances could definitely impact your ability to lose weight even when you are doing everything you can. Good luck!

I have an open bag of chocolate chips in my pantry. Instead of a full on dessert, I just grab 4 or 5 chocolate chips and enjoy something sweet! (Don't forget to walk away from the pantry!!) Chewing gum works great for me. Also getting some fiber will fill you up. I like Metamucil...it's only 20 calories, it's basically pure fiber, and it fills you up!
