Almond butter / hazelnut butter or cashew butter sandwich during the week. Weekends, either an egg white omelet with veggies or Greek yogurt with almonds & fruit.

Never really think about the amount of carbs I consume as long as get my protein and fat as well. But most of my carbs do come from fruits and veggies and there is no way I will decrease those just to maintain carbs below a certain level.

1) get off my butt and hit the gym 2) eat based on my activity level. 3) eat lots of veggies and fruits ( yes fruits to, I don't care about the sugar count) 4) don't drink ur calories ( sometimes i cheat on this rule and treat myself to Starbucks 5) don't stress over the scale.

Tried being a vegetarian for a few month and gave up, my energy levels were low and this might just be me but I was always hungry and ate more. Basically can't live without meat is we're I am at. :drinker:

I am no expert but u could use to eat more, I checked a week of ur food intake and ur avg is less then 1000 cal and u work out too. On top of that eat more veggies & fruits... and replace white bread with something more nutritious.

I've read both as well, coffee is good / bad for u, and ignore both of them. I get migraines if I don't have at least a cup of coffee a day, especially in the morning. Most days it 2-3cups and that's me being good Like the other posters I just take it black to cut in the cal intake.
