7/9: 157 7/19: 155 Yea, I'm starting to feel a difference... Working for 150 by aug. 8th. It's a push but we have a family vacation and I would love to be 150 by then. Then 145 by mid sept when I see some college buddies. Final goal 140 by this challenge due date. This website really helps!
