I work out my abs like crazy. They dont protrude and even if they did it would be muscle and look fab so i wouldnt worry about it!

I had the same problem. You are eating too little. Eat like 1800 cals and let your body get back to normal just excersice more.

DITTO. You are eating too little. Drink lots of water, Do more cardio and weight lifting. Over time you will see FAT BURN. which is more impt. than weight loss.

do not worry about the scale. it is how you look. i am 5'3" size 00 and guess what i weigh almost 130!!!! DO NOT worry about numbers. I would look anorexic if i killed myself getting to 120 or so

Yes. Diets simply do not work!!! We are all on here because we have learned they dont - you should eat 90% healthy 10% is ok eat junk and just simply workout and stay more active :-)
