33 lbs in 6 wks is not a healthy goal. sorry. the most you should try to lose is 2lbs a week preferably 1 lb a week. as a female you don't need to worry about your muscles getting to big. they will only get more defined and burn more calories

some good advice people have said. don't belive cal count on eliptical /eat healthy /and don't eat all your exercise cals. In addition check your settings. like how active for yor bmr calcalation and how many lbs a week you want to lose. good luck

if all you want is weight loss then fine. If you want to be healthy, have more energy and look good then exercise is where it is at

you should not lose weight too fast. 1-2 lbs a week is all you should lose. Any faster and you will be taking your muscles with it. Go slow and retrain your self to a new lifestyle. Think how great it will be when your go to maintance. btw gaining and losing the same 30 is far better than gaining 90.

if you work out so late just have dinner. as long as you have quality protein in your supper and it is not to long after your workout up to 90min.

i have to agree with everyone. eat something light that will give you energy. I eat a banana before then the rest of my bf after. this helps alot. and like Dizzy says the idea is to get the hr up so you burn more with strength training.
