I have to agree with most of the posters here. alcohol in moderation will not impede weight loss. nonmoderate drinking will surely sabatoge your weight loss and more importantly your overall health. :drinker:

I have to commute to work also for 2hrs each way. one of the things I have done is make a deal with my spouse to do all the cooking on the weekends and she cooks during the week. if you have the discipline to eat what you plan, then this is a great way to do it. remember you can always modify it later if you don't. I like to do it that way as I tend to go over if I don't.

have you ever seen the book "eat this not that"? I find that the idea of just making modifications and being able to live with the modification long term is better than trying to live on a overly tight control that will set yoiu up for failure in the long run. another way of looking at it is damage control. I have gained and lost the same 10 lbs for years.:grumble: Losing weight is not the problem for me it is maintaining.:sad: The bright side is If I had not lost and gained the same 10 I would be 50-60 lbs overwieght:laugh:

Just got done having Surgery on my right shoulder. It was called a slap procedure.( Superior Labrum Anterior Posterior ) also they shaved the clavicle to regrow my AC joint.
