was waiting for some one to jump in. first 3.3 lbs a week is not healthy. this site is for people to get healthy and lose weight in a safwe manner. lower yyour goal to 2 lbs a week and exercise everyday and you can do it. it would be better to lose 1 lb a week then you would have a better chance of keeping it off.

you can't gain 1.5 lbs on apiece of bread and chicken noodle soup. it requires 4750 cals to gain that much. It proabably water gain from the high salt content. And YES! it is a myth.:wink:

there is no way that you are B or C, I would say that A is the closest, personally I would say 8-10% the hydro test is the most accurate but most expensive.

maybe as light aerobics I don't know maybe half the count. say if you did 60mins and logged 30mins. have you thought about a heart rate monitor?

dairy is great source of quality protein and heart healthy fatty acids google this and see. I am no longer doing fat free or skim any more. 3 servings a day is the recommended amount. look this up don't just believe anything you hear or read. become educated so you can make healthy informed decisions :smile:

first off 1 lb a week is the perfect amount to lose. the slower you lose weight the less muscle is lost. slow and easy is the trick. about the scale. don't make that your focus. eating healthy and getting fit is the focus of your new lifestyle. :drinker:

actually you are partially correct. it also will go for the glycogen stores in your muscles and make you perform sub par.

i eat a piece of fruit befor and a cup of coffee black befroe I work out then have my breakfast after with protein and fiber to refuel and hold me untill mid morning snack.
