excellent idea! I've got to try it. If you add 2 egg whites it adds 8gms of pro and no fat for only an additional 34 cals. Can't wait to try it.:drinker:

stop eating x amount of hours before bed is a myth. the total amount of net calories consumed in a day determines whether you lose weight or not. Only times medically to not eat right before bed is if you have reflux.

3-4 hrs is fine. on your day off plan your week of dinners and prepare ahead of time. when I cook chicken breasts I allways cook up the whole bag and we eat on it through the week. the sides can be made fast while you are reheating. this also makes it easier to control your calories. good luck

try something with carbs and protein 1/2 hr before then eat after and build up slowly your distance and time.

when you set up your account you told it how many lbs a week you wanted to lose and it figured out how many calories a day you could eat and lose that weight. When you exercise these are extra calories burned so you can eat them with healthy food and still lose weight. read some of the posts about never going below 1200…

when do you normally work out? maybe you can add an extra workout or long walk in the evening.

when you know you are going out in advance: 1. plan extra exercise ( I know you have shin splints find a low impact for this time) 2. be conservative with your calories earlier in the day (don,t starve yourself) eat high protein and fiber so you feel full. 3. the moast important thing after doing the prep work is...... go…

totally agree! a good rule of thumb is to seek info from as many different "QUALITY"sites. not the national enquirer or simular. If at all possible on this site it would be helpful to post where such advice comes from.
