many post about this. check the archieves under hrm and exersize calorie. in a nut shell it is not person specific. google exersize calories also for more weight dependant calorie counts good luck :smile:

men's health had an article that said the time you ate did not matter. Only the total amt consumed made the difference in weight loss.

your BMR is the amt of cals to maintain your current weight. 3500cals to a lb to lose a lb mfp subtracts 500 cals from your bmr that would be 1302 cals a day. if you want to lose 2lbs a week thenthat would be 802 not good. however if you exercise 500cals a day worth and only eat back 250cals to keep above 1200 net roughly…

if you hammer to much water you can become hyponatremic which if the level is low enough you can die. so be careful and use the recommended amounts ie 6-8 glasses a day (64oz). A gallon is 128 oz.good luck on your journey.
