  • My #1 rule is.. Not eating cake unless its my birthday or my families birthday. I work in a pre school and there is an excuse for cake at least 2-3 times a week...it was getting out of hand! I think if you have "a thing" that is your big battle, just cut it out completely.
  • I breathe with the candle blowing method whilst running, its the only thing that prevents me getting stitch on my runs. Breathe in as deep into your belly as you can and then blow it out through your mouth as if you were to blow out a big set of candles. Works for me!
  • Wow this is awesome!! Thanks for sharing that, I am getting my BB soon and can't wait!! I'm excited to see what I burn on an average day so that I can more accurately budget my calories, especially on big workout days. Awesome!
