My nutritionist recommended it for after long workout. If I burn 300+ calories I get chocolate milk! :) The fat and protein help build back my muscles.

I feel bad everytime I have to eat back exercise calories. I know that I have to in order for my body to get the right nutrients, but I feel like I'm losing some of the benefit of exercising. THE LOST CALORIES.

I always do weights then cardio. I notice a huge decrease in the amount of weight I can lift (especially squats after running, bench not so much).
