I don't like eating when I'm not hungry. It helps me know that my body is ready for food and I'm not just eating to eat. But when I'm hungry I eat! Ignoring the hunger and dragging it out helps nothing.

It sounds weird, but you might just need a but more food. I know it sounds like you'd be going in reverse but it seems like you work out a lot. You body needs the fuel to get through that and everyday energy.

Adding healthy fats is usually the way to go. Cooking your meal in olive oil, nuts, nut butters, avocado etc.

bump for later. Great ideas

I haven't been able to read everyone's answer but here is mine. First of all, stop running with your headphones on if your going to run outside. It is much harder to be aware of your surroundings if you can't hear anything. I noticed a lot of people recommended weapons. Just make sure you know how to use them properly and…

Great progress!!!

realsimple.com This is not an all low calorie/healthy place however all their recipes include nutritional information.

Your calories are really low, so I don't think you would have any problem upping them. You need food to fuel that exercise! However, the closer you are to your goal weight and being in a healthy weight range the slower the weight is going to come off. The last 5-10 lbs can take years sometimes. I think 2lbs in a month and…

I personally do not but I know a lot of people who do and have lost weight.

24 year old here :) Nothing like seeing people posting their exercise to get me motivated to get off my butt.

I don't log when I'm on vacation. Especially short ones. After logging for so long, you start to remember roughly how much calories something is. I just roughly estimate a little in my head.

Well she's obviously not fat. Maybe not athletic looking or super toned but doesn't mean fat. There more than a fine line between ripped and overweight.
-
netting 1200 calories will never be too low. If you have a hard time getting 2000+ calories in healthy foods try nuts or cooking in olive oil. Adding any good fat will do.
-
That looks pretty tasty. I will have to try later today.

Not yet, but sadly maybe in the future. I guess we are just practicing public safety now. :)

My boyfriend has hairy everything. I joke that its all pubic hair since its all attached ( He doesn't like that joke so much) None of it bothers me. We do shave his back when he is swimming in public.
-
Try Nair for Men on your arms. I tested a spot on my arms for my boyfriends back (sexy I know) and hair came off super easily.
-
Please shave the whole leg. Many years ago I was scarred from seeing my mother in a bathing suit with only half her legs shaved. It was the first warm day of the season and I guess she just didn't get around to it yet.

You can definitely see a difference. I mostly notice the difference if your arms and legs. :) Keep it up! 65 lbs is something to be proud about.

I'm 5'4". I eat 1600 to 1800 a day to lose slowly ( as I'm towards the end :) ) I lift and do cardio.
-
Cardio is the fast and to the point fat burner and weights are the slow and steady fat burner. Cardio is good for your health as everyone mentioned and also helps keep your day to day calories in check. Lifting on the other head increases the amount you can eat for as long as you maintain the muscle on your body. Muscle…

I agree that martial arts is a great skill to have. I also have taken Krav Maga. Though it is a great place to learn what the reality of a situation could be and what up close and personal feels like, its not for everyone and sometimes just not right away. I think any kind of self defense knowledge is great, even if it…

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE my fitbit. My boyfriend has one too. We feel lost on days without it. Many times I think I did a lot but my fitbit keeps me in check. Its a goal that's fun to reach. It makes you realizes those little things can eventually add up. Sitting on your butt all day and working out hard at night sometimes…

Love to check on this later. I was maintaining at 120 for awhile, and then a year ago fell off the maintenance train. I'm around 128 and still haven't been able to get back to my goal weight. But haven't given up hope!
