People think you can't eat out when trying to lose weight. Right there you just proved them wrong. A little planning can go a long way.

I to am back on the wagon as well. I have 48 pounds to lose. I lost 40 lbs over a year ago and a shoulder injury and stress has caused me to stop what I was doing and gain it all back. Would love to help you and myself .Will send you a friend request. Good luck!

Congrats. Always a nice feeling to slip into your clothes instead of struggle. Plus it's the sure way to know you are really losing weight. Way to go! And good luck.

I want to give this a good solid month before I decide to go back to calculating points. I love the online support here which I did not have doing Weight Watchers because I was doing it alone (just tracking points no meetings). So right there it's worth staying here. Thanks everyone.

I have been doing Weight Watchers for many years so the one thing I do notice is no fiber. Calories, Fat etc are counted. I was concerned that I would be taking in more calories. I know I shouldn't hold much to it but I have been doing MFP for 5 days and gained 2 pounds. I'm not going to give up as it could just be water…

I worked out to the 30 day shred and it was the one workout that I saw results on. Jillian Michaels will kick your butt for sure. :) P.S Keep a glass of water nearby.

Welcome! I just joined yesterday and I am blown away at what this site has to offer. I put on 40 lbs over the past year after having lost 40 lbs. So I am starting over in my weight loss journey. It takes time but it is well worth the effort. Good luck to you.

Strength training is the key to boosting metabolism and losing weight. Alternate days with cardio. That's what worked for me when I first started out.

I wish I had that kind of stamina. When i was excercising on a regular basis I couldn't sit still I wanted to keep moving all the time. Your body is usually pretty good at letting you know when you have had enough.
