  • Hi and welcome to MFP.. Ive been using this site for just over three months and have lost 29lbs so far. This is the first time I have ever dieted for more than a week and could not do it with out the support and motivation of my new friends on here! I wish you every success and if you would like me as a friend to help…
  • I would definitely log any gain! I know if I saw a gain I would be even more determined to shed it. By not logging it you are denying that you put it on x
  • Hi, Im fairly near to you!! I live in Burscough in Lancashire
  • One word sums these people up "JEALOUS"! Ignore their attempts to fatten you up, they just dont like the fact that you are slim and and healthy. Ive still got a way to go to get to my target but already people are say "ooh, you dont want to get that low, youll bee too thin!" Really??? Isnt that for me and my GP to decide?…
  • I have had completely the opposite to you. Before starting this diet I used to crave chocolate and crisps and get very sore breasts and water retention. But since joining MFP I have no symptoms at all!! Its strange how changing your eating can affect people so differently
  • Don't beat yourself up too badly. Every one has a day when they eat more than they should. The important thing is that you carry on tomorrow with the healthy eating and very little damage will be done x
  • The fact that you have logged back in even though you are disappointed in yourself, shows you have the will power and right attitude to succeed. I'll support you in any way I can Debbie xxx
  • I think the fact that some one has noticed a change and bothered to mention it is so motivating. I was chatting to a (male) neighbour the other day and after about 10 minutes he just said "have you lost weight?" It made my day!!
  • I have had to give up any evening snacking as like you I looked at it as "only" 100 or so and was finding that I kept grazing all evening. I have not snacked after dinner for over 2 months now, just choosing to have a cup of tea! I have got so used to this that I dont miss it at all and I just think of all those calories I…
  • I like to have some interaction with my MFP friends. I find the encouragement very motovating. If people cant support me as I support them then they are gone x
  • Hi, I had a tummy tuck back in 1998 after having 3 babies left me with a 12 inch apron of skin. It was quite a major piece of surgery but worth it 10 times over! It took me 6 weeks to recover but the relief of getting rid of all the excess skin along with the infections and embarrassment was so worth it. What it did for my…
  • Hi. I would be very happy to be your friend and support you. This is the first time I have ever stuck to a diet and the support on here has made this possible. Ive got a long way to go but after over a month I still feel really motivated! Debbie x
  • Hi and welcome to MFP. Its a brilliant way to lose weight and make new friends across the world Debbie x
  • 14lb to a stone so you have lost more than that! x
  • I couldnt diet if I didnt log everything as I would convince myself that something was less calories than it really was! I use my Iphone as I always have this handy. I have never stuck to a diet for longer than a week before but I have stuck to this for a month so far!!
  • Hi, Im in the NW of England and would be happy to suppport and be supported, Please feel free to add me as a firend Debbie x
  • Hi Michelle, I'm fairly new to this as well, having only been on here for 2-3 weeks. Ive already lost 10lbs!! If you need some ogsupport I would gladly be your friend, even though Im on the other side of the world! I too have a dog (albeit a rather elderly one) and we have walked miles together so that even she is losing…
  • I am sooooo impressed!! You look a totally different person and so beautiful
  • Brilliant. I love it!
  • Hi Linda. Ive only recently joined here and am also looking for friends to support me and vice veras, add me as friend if would like to Debbie
  • You look fantastic! Well done to you x Debbie
  • I make sure I exercise every day to allow that bit of flexibility. Have you planned meal and then go for a brisk walk. You'll be surprised at how many calories that will "buy" you back. Also, if its only once, don't beat yourself up. You can adjsut the rest of your week Debbie
