mine is exercise. I now can and want to cycle 20 plus miles, not do it because I feel I have to. I love the gym and walking as well. None of this seems like punishment any more

Well: bra size is disappointing having only gone from a 38GG to a 34GG, but brief size Ive gone from a 20 to a 14 and am very happy with that. I like small pants!!!!!!

there is no way I could put away my scales for a month. I only get on them once a week, but that is the motivation I need to stay on track. Good luck though!

Id be pissed off too. One for leaving before the food was ready, two for noting half paying ate or not half regardless of whether she ate there or not. And finally, for going some where, where the food was high calorie and made you feel bad. xx

Another thing my doctor told me to avoid was caffeine. This is most definitely a trigger for me!

I had exactly the same symptoms as you years ago. I had a camera down my throat and was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia. I take Lansoprazol every day and remain symptom free now!

I too have plateaud for 8 weeks now and it is very hard not to get de-motivated about it. I just have to keep at it and hope that eventually my body will get the hint and shift the lard!!!

Mich Albom writes really good books that make you think. He wrote "the Five People You Meet In Heave","Tuesdays with Morrie" and "For one More Day". Not long books but they all had an impact on me. I love all Kathy Reichs books for a good bit of gore and suspense and Richard Montanari and Karen Slaughter.

LOL. I read this with real delight because I too am waiting to be overweight. My BMI was 39.9 and it now just over 31. I only have to get to 30 to be overweight!!! Its a real hard slog to move those BMI markers down. Well done to you x
