I’m here with you, except that I never got down to my 100lbs lost. I lost about 50lbs, then stalled and maintained through two pregnancies, and gained it back in 2021 🤦🏻♀️ Let’s make 2022 amazing!!

^^^ Same here. If I was at a really good friend's house or had people over, I might bring/make my own food, but usually I'll just plan my day ahead for that meal.

Yum :)
-
I count it as a cheat meal if I go over my calories and if it's around half or more of my total day's calories.
-
I probably have enough for 4 people, and have a C left over. First come, first served. :)

This is the best thread I've ever read. Jussayin. I hope I still have boobs and a vagina by the time I get to my goal weight. I have PLENTY of boob to spare at the moment though. Anybody want some before they disappear?

^^ Same. Meh, I probably wouldn't have been offended.. she's warning you not to eat fat on fat on fat (delicious, yes. healthy, hell no). Would you really be less offended if she was someone who weighed less? I personally would be more offended. Maybe she's just concerned that you'll fall back into poor eating habits and…

Ahh, didn't see this before I commented- perfect!!

Lol, I'm from Minnesota, so me too ;)

I used to eat lots of food- lots of CRAP every day. I wouldn't feel full until I ate a bunch. Now I eat healthier things, because if I have crappy food in my house, I'll be tempted to fall back into old habits. I usually eat the same AMOUNT of food, but it's significantly less calories. So my stomach gets full just as…

I occasionally eat an entire bag of frozen vegetables for lunch. 150 calories total, but it's 5 servings. I'm stuffed after that for quite awhile. Also, I am rarely hungry after working out, or if it's really hot/humid out. On those days, I sometimes find it hard to eat my 1400 calories. It has nothing to do with not…

http://www.buckle.com/womens/jeans/brand:miss-me/sale <there are SO many of them on there! And so many of them are cute!! :)
-
I love Miss Me's. I can't wait until I fit into them.. my mom and sister (43 and 16) have pairs and they both look great in them. I love Rock Revivals too. Look on the Buckle's website.. they sometimes have them clearanced out :)
-
I would definitely buy them. Good jeans are an excellent investment for any wardrobe. I wish I could find cheap jeans that fit me and kept their shape, but Silvers are pretty much all I buy these days. Maybe after I lose some weight. Find a cute pair that fits perfectly. I can almost promise that you won't regret it.…

How are your shoes looking? I would make sure they're in good shape and that they're good for running long distances. After doing TONS of research the past couple days, I'm definitely finding out that not all running shoes are created equally!

Thanks, I'll work on trying to eat back half :) To everyone else, thanks for the replies.. It's so confusing to figure everything out when different sites/apps give you completely different calories burned, and some say to eat the calories back and some say not to.

I walk/jog an average of 4-4.5 mph. At over 250lbs and 5'9", I am burning a fair amount. I use a running app that takes height, weight, hills, speed, etc into account when calculating calories burned. At a little over a mile out in the hilly country, I burn around 250-310 calories. If you think that's inaccurate, give me a…

Also, "I brought you into this world. I can take you out!" [/quote] Ahh, yes, that was one of my mom's favorites too. If we were laying on the floor, she would come sit on our backs and tickle us until we said "Mom is beautiful and I'm a bug". So much love in our house :)
-
I hope you turned out to be a simple kind of man.
-
I can't think of anything my mom said regularly, except "I'm going to call your dad" if we were in trouble. BUT, whenever we go out to the bar, she always says "I sacrificed my boobs so she could have them all." or "She got all the boobs, but I got all the brains." Gee, thanks Mom.

Hahaha, yesss!!

I thought it was underwhelming too. I was so amped up after the last episode, that I was just disappointed. I just started reading the first book. It's a little slow moving, but I'm not sure if that's just because I don't really read these kinds of books usually, or because I know what's coming.
-
I love Hodor. And the show. Minus the Red Wedding :( What'd you think of the season finale?
-
^^ Yupp. Truth is, you can eat pretty much anything, you just need to budget for it in your daily calorie goal. As long as you're eating at a deficit, you're still going to lose weight. Enjoy your cake (just do it in moderation) :)
-
Lmao.
-
I would love to do that too! Looks like so much fun- hard work, yes, but picking out all the flooring, paint, layouts, etc.. that would be a blast!
-
Me too!

I used to be able to eat whatever I want, whenever I wanted, and I was TINY. Then, one day my metabolism caught up to me. Eating like that is a really hard habit to break. The weight started packing on like crazy. Now I'm eating less/better and working out more and dropping weight. Considering that there's a direct…

I have the RunWithMe app on my phone and use that for tracking my calories burned while walking/jogging. It takes into account height, weight, speed, and if you're running uphill. Not as accurate as using a HRM, but I don't have one yet. Still way more accurate (IMO) than MFP. I still use the database for some things if…

I loved it when I was on it- I could control my appetite so much better and dropped weight pretty quick, but gained it all back as soon as I was off- the closest doc that would write me a prescription for it was a few hours away.. I did not want to have to drive that every month for the followup appointments :/
