I started roller skating with my friend. We are 38. It took a few times before I got the hang of it again. However it is fun, and you don't feel like you are exercising. I lost 30 pounds doing this two times a week for an hour and a half each session. Great fun, and great results. :)

Sounds a lot like how I felt when I had pneumonia. If you don't get checked out by the doctor, you could end up in the hospital. that will cost you much much more. Go to the doctor.

Thanks so much girlruns :) i did end up getting diagnosed with ADD, and found out that binge eating is common with this disorder. it goes along with the impulsive behavior part of the disorder. there is such a thing as binge eating disorder. I have it. It is not about not having will power. If you feel that you may have this I would recommend that you speak with your doctor. Your doctor can help you figure out your best way to deal with this. Binge eating disorder is a very difficult thing to deal with. I totally…

I have the Polar F7, and it is great. I mainly use it to keep track of my calories, and my heart rate. I also have a Polar F11, which was much more expensive. It does a bunch more things, but I figured out that all I really wanted to track was my calories and HR.

It is great to have others to talk to about this. It is very tiring to always have food on your mind. Today I had a good day. I worked out, and burned about 600 calories. I love how I am able to eat more when I exercise.

I wish people would take this more serious. I too use to go tanning, I too would rather be tan than white. However, after watching my husband almost die from cancer, I have a different opinion on tanning booths. I think people tend to put their head in the sand until it happens to them. Cancer is not a fun way to die.

During my binges I will eat anything. I even sometimes eat stuff that I don't even like. I like carbs and salty foods.
