Once a week, same day, on an electronic scale that sends the weight to MFP. It may be up, it may be a little down but its a constant recording. The eventual trend, all be it rather slow is downward. I do measurements once a month.

I have only ever worn makeup on my wedding day and then only because of the photos and it was very very natural looking makeup which had to be applied by a makeup artist. I do not and never have owned a scrap of makeup, i have never seen the need to wear it. Personal preference for me

Love them so much i bought a case of the pecan pie and one of the chocolate orange the other week! Cant believe how good they taste and the chocolate ones certainly kill and chocolate cravings very effectively :smile:

Today is day 7of the 30DS for me. I am doing 5 days of 30DS and then 2 rest days from it as i read that was recommended somewhere. No particular moment but my clothes were all pretty shabby and whilst thinking about shopping for new ones i realised that i did not want to buy anything else in a UK size 20 again i wanted to be a smaller size, so i stuck with the shabby stuff and started logging here.

I find their sizes to be nice and kind :wink: I bought a 14 in a dress at christmas and it fitted quite well, enough for me to buy it but know that in a few pounds it would look better. At the time stuff i bought from other shops was a 16. Edited to say <----that is the dress i bought!
