Okay so MFP gives me 1530 calories a day, and says i should burn 590 calories per week in order to loose weight at the rate of 1lbs per week. I mentionned to my hubby the other day that i seem to be getting shorter as both my favourite maxi dress and long skirt seem to be almost floor length instead of to my ankles.
