When i started using MFP i entered my waist, hip and upper arm measurements. I didnt realise that MFP didnt let me see my start measurements when i changed them and i didnt keep a note of them elsewhere.

Noticed today that you can see the history of your measurements as well as your weight, yay. I have been feeling a bit down about how slow my weight loss has been going but seeing those measurements is a real boost.

I have been logging for 150 days.
17lbs lost
Waist 11cm lost
Hips 10cm lost
Upper Arms 4cm lost

It might not be a lot but i have PCOS and this is the longest i have stuck with the weight loss and the best results i have ever got

They are in home> check in> edit previous entries. There is a little drop down box to change weight to the measurement. To get it to change i had to click on the change button next to the box.

That's great! And it definitely is a lot! Think of those huge 5 pound bags of sugar...you've lost more than THREE of them! Way to go!!
