Hi

Long story short, i lost over 40lbs on MFP a good few years ago, my first ever time being sucessful at shifting more than a few pounds. Then i fell preganant with (surprise) baby number 3. Life with 3 children, all of whom are on the spectrum, has had rather a toll on me over the ensuing years and i have not been looking out for myself. A routine GP trip, and a surprise blood test, means i need to buckmy ideas up, cholesterol and blood glucose up a little and BP not so good. This time i need things to be different for me and my familly, the weight needs to go and stay gone.

So if anyone is happy to support and in turn be supported by a stressed mum of three who is taking baby steps with weight loss and walking lots as excercise i am that person.

My goal is simple, 1lb at a time, i have no end weight in mind just a very slow and steady target as i have PCOS and weight loss is difficult for me.
