Hope everyone is doing well! I haven't lost any pounds but I just did my measurements and I've lost 3 inches overall! I've been doing well on staying under my calorie goal but could really up the exercise. So, this gives me some real incentive.

I'm 5'4" and 200 right now. My goal is 150 for now. I think everyone's healthy weight is different, even if they are the same height. I think my healthy weight is lower than that but I'm aiming for that for now.

One of mine is to stop drinking coffee in the mornings. It's too much half and half and sugar. And I can't drink it black so, I've switched to tea and lots of water. It hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. Good luck to everyone else!
