  • lol :0) yep its took me 12 months to lose 70 odd pounds-that weight does not come off in a week...... Just stick to it and as another poster has said if you are hungry, try and concentrate on protein as it will keep you full for longer... I lost most of my weight on a low carb high protein diet.... it worked for me.

  • Greek Yogurt, chicken, salmon, fresh tuna, protein shake, fresh turkey breasts, low fat cottage cheese.....all high in protein :0)- the Total 0% greek yogurt is amazing, tastes great, no fat and can be used as a dessert with fresh fruit or as a salad dressing... much better than eating cheese which is high in fat.... xx
  • My protein is over 90% of the time and I got to goal eating that way, my fats and carbs are usually lower than set.... I wouldnt worry about it at all. xxx

  • Im glad I saw this topic !!! Ive lost around 56 pounds and I have dropped a shoe size but people were telling me that I can thave done, that your feet always stay the same but I have gone from a uk 5 to a uk 4 for definite...... Hallelujah that someone else has done the same :0) Emma x
