Todays weigh in: 169.7, up 0.6. Finding it harder and harder to lose weight... I guess I'll have to try even harder next week. I burned more than 600 calories during the weekend helping friends move (feeling more sore today than when I've been to the gym)

My weight after the first week is 169.1. I saw that I put in 173.6 as my starting weight, it should have been 172.6. Sorry about that, I hope it isn't too hard too change.
