Thank you for the encouragement Raisingbabyk, still sitting at 182. Will try making some changes this week. Drinking a lot of water is still a problem for me though.

Hi!
Sorry I haven't been posting my weigh-ins as I should have. I have been struggling quite a bit since I came back to the university. I guess real life caught up with me. Loads more to do now.
But I feel like I'm back on track now!
Today: 163.8
Last week I was 167.3
I noticed that my weight for week 7 was missing. It was167.30 -
150 this morning, gained a pound!
Ah well, i'll try a little harder this week, aiming for 2 pounds off the scales next monday!!
