I have color treated hair so I use Pureology shampoo and conditioner every other day. Even if I work out, I wet my hair to and massage my scalp in the shower but I don't wash it. Then when it is dry I use dry shampoo. BTW, I am a total oil slick. I've just started doing this over the last couple of months and it's worked…

I completed Week 2 Day 2 of my Couch to 5K challenge. It was really rough today but I kept my legs moving. Now, my kids are eating cookies and I'm NOT !!!!

Week 2 day 2 was pretty rough for me. I love to listen to IHeart Radio when I run and the good music was the only thing that kept me going.

I haven't signed up but it would be a major victory for me to do one. I'm following the challenge pretty well so maybe after I complete the challenge then I'll sign up.
