  • I have color treated hair so I use Pureology shampoo and conditioner every other day. Even if I work out, I wet my hair to and massage my scalp in the shower but I don't wash it. Then when it is dry I use dry shampoo. BTW, I am a total oil slick. I've just started doing this over the last couple of months and it's worked…

  • I completed Week 2 Day 2 of my Couch to 5K challenge. It was really rough today but I kept my legs moving. Now, my kids are eating cookies and I'm NOT !!!!
  • Week 2 day 2 was pretty rough for me. I love to listen to IHeart Radio when I run and the good music was the only thing that kept me going.

  • I work in the cath lab and get called in frequently. It's hard to adjust but I try to have a cutoff as well. I also try to nap whenever possible but that's pretty much never!

  • The spreadsheet looks great and it's a great idea for accountability. I was just curious why some people had "XX" on their days. Are they possibly running twice on the same day?
