I make an egg white scramble with ore ida fat free hashbrowns...you get the carbs and protein but low fat. I wouldn't worry too much about trying to get 70g of carbs...just try to get as close to your goal without it being too detrimental to the other parts of your food diet.

Great job...you did it!!! :drinker:

Anytime I need the encouragement...so more times than I would like to admit but it's what keeps me motivated. :blushing:

I'm addicted but I don't think it's a bad thing...unless it starts affecting you negatively or your family, or work is suffering....just like any other addiction. Right now it's just a good habit :)

I agree with mpdes...there's ALWAYS options. Even the local/chain burger joints now offer something...anything better than a bacon cheese burger. Even if you just get chili or a side salad. Just look through their menu and select the best option that will do the least amount of damage.

Yes- I jump rope at the end of my training sessions to get that last little bit of burn. I do intervals with it....20 seconds on, 10 second break ...total 5 minutes. My calves kill me each time so doing it for as long as you did, I can't imagine how I could walk. Jump rope is great for increasing stamina and endurance. It…

I don't have to keep looking down at my "woohoo area" to see if I have camel toe...I can't believe I actually lost weight there too. Crazy...weird, I know it. I can't believe I just admitted it too. :blushing:

I do not eat back my exercise calories. My trainer said doing so defeats one of the benefits/purpose of exercising...burning more calories than you consume. I am doing just fine, losing from 1.5-2.6lbs per week. I just had my check up with my doctor and he said I am doing just fine and agrees with the no eating back the…

You can change up your exercise and food. To keep myself from hitting plateau...I change up my diet (increasing/decreasing calories) every two weeks. I also change my exercise routine so my body can't adapt as quickly. If you've been doing the exact same thing since February, then sounds like your body has adapted and now…

I have not felt hungry if I stay on my schedule of eating. I eat every 2-3 hours. Some days, I feel like I am constantly eating and just sick of it. I lose anywhere from 1.5-2.6 lbs per week.

I measure for EVERY meal, EVERY snack... EVERYTHING. I use my scale for solid foods and measuring cups for my liquids. It really does make a difference and teaches true portion sizes. Everything around us is SUPERSIZED and we've become accustomed to those sizes as normal servings.

Drinking green tea (iced/hot) works just as well and more enjoyable too. It really just increases your heart rate and energy...just like any other caffeine.

VERY Important...can't emphasize enough how important it is.
