Eat clean with the right amount of lean protein, good carbs, and vegetables. Limit your sugar intake which is key to making those abs come out. Leaning down makes those abs come out from the layer of fat over it.

Alcohol and processed foods. I still have my glass of wine every now and then but very rare.

I'm 5' 0" and I had mine done. How you look will depend on the size you get, how your current breast are carried, the type of implants you get, or over/under muscle. My suggestion is to get in the size you think you would like to be and put a shirt over it, this will help you decide what size you;d like to go with and how…

Agreed!!! By eating low fat, reduced fat PB, you are taking away the purpose of eating PB...which is the taste AND the good fats!! Stick with peanut butter that is plain peanut butter. Read the labels. PB2 is overly processed. I eat PB nearly everyday but limit it to 2 TBL daily. :) Enjoy it...in small quantities.

I wear a sports bra but a tank top on top of it. No matter how fit I get, I don;t think I'd ever wear a sports bra out by itself in public....that's just me.

Agreed. Most women's purses weigh more than 3lbs so starting there won't make a difference.

What's weird about it? My shoes are black so I wear black socks. And thy're athletic socks...not dress socks. Now that's weird.

You're a brunette...lol

I weigh and measure everything!!! The only way you will know what you are actually eating/drinking is to measure it out. I even weigh my protein powder since it's more accurate than the scooper.

I start training mid January for a fitness competition in May 2012. I surpassed my goal for 2011 so I figured I could take a serious challenge.

No more than once weekly but as long as I can go without one. If I do cheat, it's early in the day and only one meal. I have gone as long as 7 weeks without a cheat meal. :/ For me, it became a mental thing more than anything. I needed the break from clean eating more than I craved the bad food.

If you REALLY want it, you WILL find a way. If you don't, then you'll find EVERY excuse. I work a full time demanding corporate job (50-70 hours a week), raising 2 sons with hectic school activities and sports and married to a man who travels frequently for work. I also DO NOT have the time to workout...I MAKE time. SO how…

I tell myself that PMS/TOM is not a disease that puts the fork full of food in my mouth. Take it one day at a time. Make the best choices you can and just keep your eye on the prize/finish line.

Just remember that you are there for yourself and no one else. Keep going and you will quickly become NOT the fat girl. :)

I've used Inner Armour and Intek. Love them both. I use it frequently for making my own protein bars, cakes, etc. I also use Visalus because I get enough protein in my regular foods and it's low in calorie (90 calories), low sugar, low sodium, low carb and the protein make up makes for better absorption without the…
