Motivation and TOM
Anyone struggling with staying motivated and energized when it's your monthly time? I've been feeling really tired, just plain grumpy, unmotivated, and not feeling like I am progressing. If so, what do you do to get over the "hump" and keep going?

Hire a trainer?
Never being on this journey before, I don't know if I am making the progress I should. Here are my stats so far: 10.7lbs lost in 5 weeks. Spin class 4-5x/week. Weight train 2-3x/week. 1200 daily calorie intake Maybe I should get a personal trainer? Am I progressing nicely or too slow? thoughts anyone?
