Motivation and TOM

Anyone struggling with staying motivated and energized when it's your monthly time? I've been feeling really tired, just plain grumpy, unmotivated, and not feeling like I am progressing.

If so, what do you do to get over the "hump" and keep going?

    I make myself workout during TOM because I know when I do the cramps are much better and I will have a little energy at least.

    I'm not very motivated during that time; I just slog on through. I do take naps with a heating pad when I can. I think we deserve a little pampering. After all, its this time of month that makes us creative goddesses.

    I just accept that that's how I feel and I may put on a couple of pounds. I don't see the point of trying to fight it. I just go with it! x

    I. Ust be lucky, cuz I don't have any cramping during my TOM, so I just keep working out and pushing through it!!!!!!!

    With me it's not the motivation to exercise, it's the insatiable hunger. I could literally eat all day. That's my biggest struggle when Aunt Flo comes to visit. It would be nice if she'd leave her darn muffins at home!

    I give it a week and let it pass! My cramps are the worst during TOM I try to do as less as possible during that time. I increase my water to stag off water retention and try to stay away from the chocolate! LOL

    I still workout during TOM but I am not as gung-ho about it. hmmm? Maybe energy drink?
