Wine only last 2 days, 3 at max, once it is opened. if you use the caps that removes the air out of it you can make it last up to 5 days.

Normal occurrence. It happens too when I'm in the car and it's too close to the gauges. My alarm keeps going off telling me I WAY above my target zone at 225 beats per minute. lol

Measuring food is great. Weighing food is BEST! you get a real portion size and record correct portion. America's portion size is so skewed. Food scales really help us to get back to reality and know exactly how much we are eating...and they're CHEAP!!

Someone who walks 6 days a week at a leisure pace will burn less calories than someone who is doing interval workouts in 30 minutes. sushi rolls? or sashimi? Depends..if it has avocados, fake crab meat, sauces, fried, etc, it's not so good. Pretty much the Americanized sushi IS heavy on calories but true and straight forward sashimi and sushi are still good clean food.

on fun forums like FB and MFP, i cringe but I don't let it get too me too much BUT for professional correspondence such as emails, I could just scream. Really? Seriously? You got your degree from where? oh a cracker jack box. Ok- makes sense now. There is no excuse for business professionals who don't know the difference.

It's odd how people treat abs differently from other muscles. Abs should get a rest day in between workouts like any other muscle. I work mine on weight training days only and not on cardio days...however, during cardio days, my core is almost always engaged to keep good form.

Depends on the instructor. Some instructor teach for outside riding, long endurance, while some teach intervals, while others also do just strength. But yes spin can be a HIIT. I take 3-4 spin classes a week and each one is different and I take each one for the very exact training session goal that the instructor teaches.

Change up your exercise routine. Your body has gotten used to your current routine. Try super sets if you weight train and intervals for your cardio.

I am set up for 1400 each day but all from clean foods only.

What exactly is the myth part? Please explain. I eat this way so I don't eat so much in one sitting and go long periods without food then end up eating more than I should and make poor choices. Plus, all the clean foods I eat, I can't eat more than the 3oz protein, 1/2 cup carbs, and 1 cup veggies. I think I'd make myself…

I eat between 2-3 hours but I eat 6 meals with the first 3 meals consisting of 3oz of protein, 1/2 c carbs and 1 c of veggies then last 3 meals are 3oz protein and 1 cup of veggies. I am always feeling full.
