im talking about the double standard on here. theres a thread on here where someone lost nearly 200 pounds in a year and everyone was happy for them because they showed pictures. Let someone state their reasons for eating 1200 calories and they get a negative response.

why am i so excited to go on my week long reset? i have been losing weight steadily since i joined EMTWL but now i have finally reached a plateau. Gonna try and eat 2400 calories for a week and see what that does.

i eat alot of seeds (chia, hemp, flax), oats, brown rice etc. i try to minimalize sodium as much as possible

the harder u hit the gym, the more u have to eat.

people on here are trying to achieve the record of having the most friends on MFP. there arent quite as many guys on here as there are women, so i dont find it creepy.

i think its just water u gained. when i did the reset i gained 6 pounds, once i cut it fell off in a week and a half

go to the scooby website and put in ur stats. that should help u i started out doing a reset for 3 months then i went straight to the TDEE- 15% cut. i have lost about 15 pounds on this philosophy, i eat about 2100 calories per day and only work out for 30 mins a day. u cant give up after 2 weeks, u have to stick with it.
