You should be netting ur BMR. u seem to have alot of calories left over at the end of the day, your not fueling yourself enough

if u eat 2000 calories, dont eat the exercise calories back but looking at ur diary, u seem to be eating too few calories. u should be netting ur BMR.

how many calories are u eating? if its not enough then you will definitely stall

i usually eat a whole bag of popcorn, most arent more than 300 calories

are u sure your calculating ur exercise calories correctly? its very hard to burn 700 calories on an eliptical, even for an hour

the smaller u get the higher ur caloric intake should be. start lifting, that much cardio isnt necessary to lose weight

its not a diet but a lifestyle change diets arent sustainable i have been eating 2000 calories and losing, 75% of it consist of junk it all eventually works out

thats way too little. given ur age, height and activity level, u can stand to eat alot more and lose weight

u should be netting 1800 calories being at a deficit for a long time could pause ur weight loss. u may need a break

i did what you said but only did the HIIT thing once last week. but i also focused on doing ab work, push ups and squats on the other days. i basically reduced the cardio workouts. I lost 2 pounds!! so thanks for your advice, it works. i think i need to really focus on strength training.

i meant recently, i usually do a 2 week reset after 4 weeks and it hasn't been working. i did a 3 month reset when i first joined the group and it worked. well im off to run up some hills. hope this works

lifting for sport? what is that? i dont have any weights or go to the gym to lift, so i dont know where i can access weights

I got my tdee from the scooby website but im pretty sure the weight gain was just water I run 3 miles 4/5 days a week, I just jog the whole thing. Im not really out of breath

i dont lift often, and i just started running. i run 3 miles every morning when i did my reset i gained 8 pounds. my TDEE is in the 2400. I lost 15 pounds when i did the cut. my stats are 5'7 160 24 years moderate exercise
