i calculated everything, my bmr is 1640 and tdee is around 2200 i set my calories to 1800 and assumed that i have to net 1800. thats y i was wondering about the exercise calories.

u know u can be skinny and curvy at the same time. Curvy does not mean big

just eat all ur calories that u need for the day my calorie goal is 1640, i work out and it increases to around 2000 calories. i eat everything and lose a pound a week

when i put my scale that i got from Walmart on the ground it always gives me a reading without even doing anything or stepping on it i never heard of the memory thing before either, this is good information.

i think i hit another plateau i currently have my profile to a pound a week now im gonna change it to .5 a week to see if this helps.

why does it bother u so much? if u dont like it keep it moving. im just saying

sometimes i get lazy and log the food i eat anywhere on the app. my phone sucks and its too slow i dont log everything right after i eat. i usually do it late at night, so it seems like im eating a large breakfast but im not. I just put stuff anywhere. for instance i may eat a sandwich at lunch but i put it under breakfast…

now im confused for instance if my BmR is 1436 like urs and i eat 1500 calories a day wouldnt my net be 100, isnt that bad? and if i add the workouts wouldnt that put me at a negative net?

i dont necessarily eat large breakfast and lunches all the timw i just get lazy when logging in info so sometimes i just put stuff anywhere
